August 2012 to August 2013 Art Studio in Gypsum, Colorado

Life after graduate school and after some World Travels...

First of all, I was born in Vail in mid 1980's. I grew up in Edwards, Colorado which is only 17 miles from Vail, and 6 miles from Beaver Creek. (The Vail Valley is Vail Pass to Dostero.) I enjoy Alpine and Nordic Skiing in the Winter. In the summer, I hike and trail run. The mystic quaking Aspen groves (known as populus tremuloides in North America) are the Most inspiring for my current paintings (new series 2012 to present.) After graduating from Battle Mountain High School in Spring 2004, and receiving senior athlete award I went to college.  I received a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, with a concentration in Middle Eastern and Near Eastern studies in May 2008. In December 2011, I received a graduate degree, Master of Arts in Art in Painting from Adams State University, thesis on Aerial PerspectivesBetween the years 1999-2012, I traveled to many foreign countries, such as Madagascar, South Korea, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Honduras, Italy and Paris. I also been to Manhattan, New York City for a month-long artist studio tour.
